How it works

From connect to “you decide”.

Five steps, from linking Xero to a fix you send yourself. The building stays put; each step moves it one rung up the ladder.

How long it takes

Minutes, then days.

  1. Minute 0Link Xero

Read-only, two minutes. We never see your password.

  2. Minute 2Your building appears

Drawn from up to two years of your books, stack by stack.

  3. Day 1The first checks finish

Every bill, customer and supplier, checked overnight.

  4. Usually within a weekYour first email

One amount, the sums, and a link to the spot on your building.

What it reads

Your books, and the public record.

It reads

Bills, invoices, payments and contacts in Xero. Company filings, the rating list, planning, reviews and named forecasts.

It never touches

Your bank, your money, your passwords, or anything in Xero. It can look, not change.

Questions? The FAQ

The ladder · a joinery workshop, an example

Five rungs, one building.

  1. 1 Notice

Link your Xero, read-only. Two minutes. 37 suppliers found. 64 customers found.

  2. 2 SuggestYou are here

One bill has drifted, with the arithmetic. Electricity up £237 a month: £2,844 a year.

  3. 3 Prepare

We do the legwork. Three quotes on your real usage, and a letter drafted.

  4. 4 Ask

You decide. Read it, change it if you like, then open it in your own email and send it.

  5. 5 Handle

Later: with your say-so, we handle it.

Then step inside

Then step inside.

Every finding lives in a room too: the office, the vans, quotes and jobs. Same findings, same sums, another way in.

Traffic and weather change the urgency, not the story.

If energy prices are forecast to rise, your electricity finding moves up the list. If 220 new homes are approved nearby, your spring note matters more. The outlook never becomes a feed. It just tells you what to do first.

What it won’t do.

  • It won’t send anything you haven’t seen.
  • It won’t change anything in Xero.
  • It won’t take money from suppliers, ever.
  • It won’t email you to say nothing happened.
